Our hiring process includes an aptitude test with a series of Interview.

We give importance to determination to grow over experience. During your onsite interview at ECCDI, you would likely be interviewed by two or three Executives. They would look for the following things in You:
All-Rounder
We are always in search for candidates who have diversified skill-set rather than an isolated skill-set. The Calderon Engineer will be working under various projects requiring different skill-sets. This gives the Calderon Engineer to get exposure to enhance their multi-tasking skill sets.
Leadership
In ECCDI, an E would be continuously working under various projects. So, compliance and flexibility needs to be a key ingredient in a Calderon. The Calderon Engineer is synonymous to a leader, so if you have experience or the ability to lead teams in diversified areas, you are likely to fetch the Calderon Engineer tag.

ECCDI Re-launch A New Website For A New Company Road Map
EC Calderon Construction Development Inc. (ECCDI), launch a new website that is completely different from the old one. This is a fresh, reinvigorated website with the purpose on providing clients and potential clients on what we do and what we do best.
The new website signals the start of a new and ambitious beginning of a new company road map that will expand the services of the men and women of EC Calderon headed by Mr. Manger V. Calderon, a visionary and a prime mover extraordinaire.
The website is intended to be very engaging as we will later on add chat panel in order for customers to have a live conversation/chat with our Customer Service Representative. We will also broadcast our Engineering milestones and will make this website educational and informative.
The new website is friendly to all browsers as well as to it also fits to an IOS and Android powered mobile phone browsers.
